I've been on the look-out for a wearable pink lipstick for a while. I wanted a true pink shade, with a bit of staying power which would be acceptable for daily wear. I'm training to become a primary teacher, and bright lipsticks don't go down too well in school, so I fancied a pinker option for when I wasn't reaching for MAC Coral Bliss or Dior Addict in Bow.

Chatterbox is a stand-out pink without being too bright or neon (I'm looking at you Viva Glam Nicki). MAC describe it as a bright red-pink, although their descriptions aren't known for being particularly accurate. It's a pretty neutral shade, perhaps leaning slightly cool, but it's completely wearable. The amplified finish is creamy, non-drying and pretty long lasting compared to most other formulas.
This was a bit of an impulse buy when I was shopping in Cardiff armed with Christmas money, but I'm so happy I picked it up. I've already had a lot of wear out of it, and I think I'll use it even more into spring and the summer. What do you think of Chatterbox? Whats your favourite day-to-day lipstick?
Lovely colour, great for everyday wear! At the moment I have been wearing Rebel from MAC and a range of reds, but this would be great for days when you dont want a bold lip :)

DeleteThis is such a coincidence as I literally bought this on Tuesday but in a more peachy colour. I've only just started using it, so can't say too much, but so far, but the colour really does pop. We have good taste ;) x

DeleteMAC is my little guilty pleasure and i think their lipsticks are so lovely :D Chatterbox seems like such a pretty shade! Pinks are my favourite shade so i will deffinitely be checking this out at my local counter :D
