Upping my Eyebrow Game

I have finally found an eyebrow routine I'm happy with, and after putting off trying the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade for so long, it turns out this was what I needed all along.

For a good few years I've been filling in my eyebrows with Urban Decay eye shadow in Faint.  It got the job done, filled in any sparse bits of my eye brows and wasn't a bad colour match, but it just wasn't very precise and didn't last a particularly long time on my oily skin.  I was on the lookout for something precise and long lasting, which I kind of expected to find in one of those felt-tip type pens.  I tried a few: precise, yes.  Long lasting: no.  After a bit of blog-based research I just had to give the Dipbrow pomade a go, I had a Cult Beauty discount code so I went for it.  Best.  Decision.  Ever.

Its easy to apply (using a Zoeva Wing Liner Brush) in fine hair-like strokes, it is as precise as your hand allows you to be, the colour Soft Brown is a good match for my eye brows and it lasts all day long.  I run a bit of Benefit Gimme Brow through the hairs when I'm done to keep them in place and job's a good 'un.  I like to pop a bit of Urban Decay Venus eye shadow just below my eyebrow to highlight it a bit and voila!

I'm seriously impressed with the Dipbrow pomade, it was £15 which is more than I'd usually spend on something to fill in my eye brows, but I think it was worth every penny!  For a few pictures of my new-and-improved eyebrows, head to my instagram (lilliesandlipbalm).
