Popbands London Review

Popband London hair ties review flat lay

My reason for buying this pack of Popbands is because I am the easiest person to enable in the world.  One day in work I was complaining about the kink my bobble had left in my hair, so one of the girls I work with recommended Popbands.  Less than an hour later, I'd make a sneaky Feel Unique order.

I bought the Working Girl set, mainly because I wanted a plain black one.  The set includes a black, a grey, two monochrome patterned bands and a super glittery grey one.  They're so lovely that they look brilliant while your wearing them on your wrist - much better than a normal black bobble and they don't leave that horrible indent on your arm.

I didn't have very high expectations for their hold power in my hair, but they're just as good as my normal bobbles! They stretch enough to wrap my hair three times and they hold in place really well.  There is a slight kink left in my hair after wearing it up all day, but nothing like the hugely obvious bumb after wearing a bobble.

Popbands have such a huge selection of colours and styles to choose from - head over and have a peek at their website to find the ones you fancy the most!

I've never thought about getting an alternative to normal hairbands, but I might have to give there's a try!

  5. I have avoided these as I didn't think they would stretch -- assuming they were more fancily-named bits of ribbon! But if they do the job I best get purchasing hehe! Your photos are incredible xx
