I've been quite a big fan of Urban Decay for a while now. I wrote this brand focus post on them back in May, and have added quite a few more UD products to my collection since then. I even made the Naked Skin concealer my ultimate beauty favourite of 2015 in my 2015 Beauty Favourites post. so how could I resist making the most of the Feel Unique sale to add their foundation to my stash.
Lets start with this little beauty. The Urban Decay Naked Skin concealer is everything I want a concealer to be. It's light weight, high coverage and long lasting. The packaging is cute and it doesn't break the bank. I love that it's suitable to use on both blemishes and under-eyes without clumping or creasing, and it lasts all day. Without a doubt my favourite concealer.
This one's a little newer to my collection. The Urban Decay Naked Skin foundation claims to be weightless, illuminated, and luminous. It's less than £30, and worth every penny in my opinion.
Urban Decay say it feels like wearing nothing but it transforms your complexion to make you look professionally retouched. Admittedly, this is a little far fetched. Can any foundation make acne-scarred oily skin look blurred and perfect? Unlikely, but this is a fantastic brightening foundation which somehow looks glowy without being oily and makes my skin look healthy and happy. The coverage is really easily buildable; I still need to use the Naked Skin concealer to cover visible blemishes and imperfections, but I'm not sure I'd ever choose to skip concealer completely. I also still set my makeup with powder and setting spray (as always) and I do touch up with powder throughout the day, but I am more than happy to sweep a bit of powder over my face every now and again.
The foundation is housed in a sleek bottle which looks so similar to the packaging of the concealer - I love how it looks. The pump dispenses the perfect amount for me to cover my entire face which means minimal product is wasted.
I am really enjoying using this foundation. It looks natural and glowy on my face, it has a decent amount of coverage and it feels really weightless and comfortable on my skin. What more could I ask for?!
Recently I'm hearing a lot of people talking about these two products. The concealer sounds perfect, I need a new one as my current one has run out but it wasn't very good anyway.

This is my holy grail foundation! I tried it last year and haven't even glanced at another foundation! I too have oily and acne proned skin and this gives AMAZING coverage! I cannot say enough good things about it! Since I love the foundation so much, I have really wanted to try the concealer! I've heard good things and this just confirmed it so I need to get my hands on it! I imagine that they work so well together!
