When Make Up Forever arrived at Debenhams I was like a kid in a sweet shop - I couldn't decide what I wanted but everything looked good. After watching a Claire Marshall favourites video and hearing her rave about this product on her oily skin, I just went for this and decided to read about other products a bit more before making a bigger order. Since it arrived I've worn it every day.
This primer is marketed as "the answer to unwanted shine, fighting against excess oil to ensure a matte makeup result". As soon as it's applied the skin is matte without feeling at all dry or tight, ready for makeup to be applied. My pores seem reduced, and my skin is smoothed.
This primer definitely prolongs the staying power of my makeup, even when the shine eventually creeps though my base seems to stay in place rather than sliding around. As much as I love it, it still can't hold off the shine all day long, but it's a good five or six hours before I need to powder my face, which is impressive for my oily skin.
If you don't need mattifying primer, MUFE have a huge range to choose from - smoothing, hydrating, nourishing, redness correcting and radiant so there's somethinf for everyone!
i'm so pumped that MUFE are finally in the uk, i think i saw claire marshall talk about this too - it sounds brilliant! x
